This cycle shows off the old gunpowder dams, as well as some great offroad ways into Tighnabruaich. It also has different way back which lets you, roughly, follow the river from it down to Milllhouse.

Directions

Follow the forest loop until the top bench. Here turn left and then left again. When you first see the road there’s a left turn which you can take if you want to get a closer look at the dams and reservoir. Once you get to the road turn left, keeping on it till Millhouse crossroads where you go left again. The bridge you cross here is the river out of the dams. Keep following this road to Kames crossroads where you turn left again to Tighnabruaich.
